A commission is your chance to bring a personal idea to life in a way that feels intentional, refined, and uniquely yours. Whether you’re drawn to a specific landscape, a meaningful moment, or a portrait that tells a story, I create custom pieces that reflect your style and the spaces you live in. How It Works

    1. Submit Your Commission Request

    Fill out the form below with all the details you can:
    • The subject of the painting (pet, landscape, home, memory, etc.)
    • Size preference
    • Canvas preference
    • Any photos you’d like me to reference
    • Your ideal deadline (if you have one)

    After reviewing your request, I will email you within 1–2 business day(s) with availability, pricing, and any questions I may have.

  • 2. Approve Your Quote

    Once we’ve aligned on the project details, you’ll receive a final quote that includes:
    • The size you selected
    • Estimated timeline
    • Total cost
    • Deposit information

    When you approve the quote, we move to the next step!

  • 3. Secure Your Spot With a Deposit

    A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to reserve your commission on my schedule.
    Payment can be made through the invoice you will receive by email.

    Your deposit officially locks in your project and your place in the queue.

  • 4. Painting Begins

    Once your deposit is received, I’ll begin the creative process.
    During this time:
    • I may reach out for clarification if needed
    • You will receive one progress update during the painting process
    • Minor adjustments can be made at this stage if necessary (major redesigns may incur additional fees)

    If you choose Gallery Wrapped or Wood Panel Canvas as your preference, your piece will be painted with oils. If you choose Linen/Cotten Paper as your preference, your piece will be painted with acrylic.

  • 5. Final Approval

    When your painting is complete, I will send you a final photo for approval.
    If everything looks good, the remaining balance will be due before shipping or pickup.

  • 6. Shipping or Local Pickup

    After your final payment is received:
    • Your artwork will be carefully packaged
    • Shipped through USPS/UPS
    • OR available for local pickup in Blaine, MN (you can select your preference in the form)

    Tracking information will be sent your way once it ships.

Important Notes

• Deposit is non-refundable — this covers time, materials, and securing your place in the schedule.
• Turnaround time varies depending on size, detail, and current workload (typically 3–8 weeks).
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please inquire.
• Commissions are for personal use only unless a licensing agreement is discussed beforehand.
